Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson is engaged to his girlfriend, Haley Cavinder!
Cavinder, 24, shared the big news via TikTok on Thursday, April 17, flashing her engagement ring in a video alongside Ferguson, 26. In the clip, the couple can be seen celebrating on the beach and smiling as Cavinder shows off her ring.
Cavinder, a Miami Hurricanes college basketball player, set the video to the tune of “Low Life” by Future, which includes the lyrics, “That’s your wifey, wifey, wifey, wifey.”
In a separate post via her Instagram Story, Cavinder again showed off her engagement ring in a close-up photo.

According to Sports Illustrated, Ferguson and Cavinder began dating in 2023. In September 2024, Cavinder celebrated the couple’s first anniversary via Instagram with a series of photos of her and Ferguson, which she captioned, “A year w ferg.”
Cavinder and her twin sister Hanna both play for the Miami Hurricanes and are also well-known social media influencers with over 4 million TikTok followers.
In March, Cavinder announced that she is stepping away from basketball.
“18 years later, and it’s time to say goodbye to the game I’ve loved since I was six,” she shared via Instagram. “Thank you for an amazing basketball career. Nothing will ever fill the void of you or the feeling of accomplishing my dream—playing the sport I love with my twin by my side. Ferguson, meanwhile, was drafted by the Cowboys in 2022 after playing college football for the Wisconsin Badgers.
