Cory Wharton has been grinding on his fitness journey.

Wharton’s post included a video of him in the gym shirtless. He posed in front of a mirror with a set of dumbbells.
“I was 230 pounds and now I’m down to about 207,” he continued. “I know Dieting is key, but still the main source is hard work in the gym.”

Earlier this year, Wharton underwent a second ACL surgery after tearing the ligament while competing on The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras.
“SURGERY TIME
Wharton explained that during a challenge against Josh Martinez, he injured his leg while “sprinting in the sand” and underwent his first surgery in September 2024.
“The sand already being an unstable surface sprinting in it just completely [ruptured] the ACL,” he continued. “The first surgery that I had back in September was to remove the metal that was in my knee from a bone lengthening surgery I had done 9 years ago. The metal was ultimately in the way of where we wanna put the new ACL.”
Wharton added that the first procedure ended up helping with some “stability,” but the path toward a full recovery would take some time.
