Kayla also listed herself as a realtor and social media influencer, saying she earned $196,160 in 2024. She added that her monthly gross salary was $0, due to her being paid in commissions, and listed her monthly bonuses and commissions as $16,346 a month.

Kayla stated that “there is no guarantee” she will continue making this much. She also said she was being paid an additional $1,500 per month to manage the social media for the real estate company she worked for, but that ended in 2025.

Olympian Ryan Lochte and Wife Kayla Split After 7 Years of Marriage

The total net worth comes to $102,940.06. Kayla listed Ryan’s alleged income for 2024 as $350,437.

Kayla submitted the information as she demands that Ryan, 40, pay her monthly child support and alimony.

As Us previously reported, Kayla filed for divorce from Ryan on March 26 after seven years of marriage, with the news going public in June. The duo, who wed in 2018, have three children: Caiden, 8, Liv, 6, and Georgia, 2.

Her petition demanded the court award her primary custody of the kids, but she is on board with sharing legal custody with Ryan. Kayla said the marriage was “irretrievably broken” and listed the date of separation as March 7.

In addition, Kayla said she needed alimony to help her develop or improve her employment and income. She stated she needed Ryan to help her out.

Kayla also asked for exclusive use of their Florida home. The documents suggested Ryan had been living at another home since earlier this year.

Her petition also alleged, “During the marriage, [Ryan] took certain assets which belong to the parties jointly or other marital income, funds or assets and purchased other assets and caused the title to be placed in [Ryan’s] name solely or used the same to obtain assets which are not titled in [Ryan’s] name solely.”

“Said assets are presently being held by [Ryan] in trust for and for all the benefit of [Kayla], and the court should award to [Kayla] her full interest in said assets,” the complaint added.

Kayla asked the court to award her a cut of Ryan’s businesses that she said she helped build.

As Us reported on June 10, Ryan did not agree with Kayla on the date of separation and said they broke up in April, not March.

The athlete asked the court to set a custody schedule and determine child support for their three kids.

Ryan did not agree with Kayla’s plea for exclusive use of their home. He also scoffed at her claims about his businesses.

The judge has yet to rule.

Kayla spoke to People about the split. She said, “This has been one of the most painful, revealing, and challenging seasons of my life. I’ve been hesitant to share until I could do so from a place of healing — not from fresh, open wounds.”

A source told the outlet that Ryan “betrayed” Kayla multiple times during their marriage. The insider claimed, “He’s damaged so much of their marriage and he’s broken her heart so many times that she doesn’t know if reconciliation is in their future.”

Ryan told People on June 18 the divorce was a “difficult and very personal time.”

“Kayla and I both wish to keep this matter private for many reasons, most importantly, to protect our children,” he told the outlet. “For that reason, I also won’t be commenting on this matter, or replying to allegations made by third parties.”
