Jillian Green, the estranged wife of Kim Zolciak’s rumored boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, testified about meeting up with the RHOA alum’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, Us Weekly can report.
Us obtained the transcript for Green’s deposition taken on June 16 where she was questioned by Mowitz’s legal team as part of their ongoing divorce.
While being grilled, Mowitz’s lawyer asked Green what information she knew about Zolciak.
“I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” Green said. “I’ve heard from others locally in the community that have gone to the same school that her children recently went to that she’s dramatic and didn’t show up much for her children’s activities.”
“So you don’t believe that she would be a positive sort of presence in your children’s life. Is that fair to say?” Mowitz’s lawyer asked. Green replied, “Correct.”
“I don’t know,” Green said when asked if Zolciak had met the children she shares with Mowitz.

Green also admitted that Zolciak’s estranged husband contacted her about the RHOA star.
She said Biermann, 40, called her to talk to her about “Kyle and Kim’s involvement and his concern” about their relationship.
She claimed Biermann told her Zolciak, 47, would “financially … drain money from Kyle.” Green said Biermann showed her evidence that Zolciak had been using Mowitz’s credit card for grocery and Instacart deliveries. Green said she did not add up how much the expenses totaled.
Green also said she did not ask Mowitz about the purchases, but did take photos of the documents showing the Instacart orders and supplied them to her legal team.
During the deposition, Mowitz’s lawyers also pressed her about other things Biermann told her about Zolciak.
“[He said] that she was narcissistic and had a gambling problem, wasn’t present for her children,” Green claimed. Green admitted meeting Biermann one time at her cousin’s home. She claimed to have met him in private because he is a public figure.

Green said she did not meet him again and never had a romantic relationship with Biermann. She told Mowitz’s lawyer she had not communicated with the ex-NFL star in more than two months.
When asked why she didn’t turn over the texts with Biermann in the divorce proceedings, Green said she had deleted them.

Mowitz’s lawyer also asked Green, “Would it surprise you to learn that [Biermann] was outside of Kyle’s residence yesterday?” She replied, “Yes. Well, I mean, he told me that he was.”
Green said Mowitz was concerned about that. She said she was not concerned for Mowitz’s physical safety. She also denied giving out Mowitz’s address to Biermann.
While being questioned, Green also denied she believed Zolciak played any role in the demise of her marriage.
Green said she never attempted to reach out to Zolciak.
As Us first reported, Zolciak is fighting a subpoena issued by Green’s legal team demanding she appear for a deposition and answer questions about gifts that Mowitz may or may not have purchased her.

The subpoena also asked that Zolciak turn over all communications with Mowitz, any communications between Zolciak and another third party regarding “payment for services or communications concerning [Mowitz],” Green, their children or the divorce.
Green also asked Zolciak to turn over documents regarding travel paid for by Mowitz and any other documents related to her financial relationship with Mowitz.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, previously told Us, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
The judge has yet to rule.
